Can't say enough. Aggressively sought a solution to the problems and was successful each time. The front desk is professional. All members of the staff exercise compassion, not only toward the animal but also those of us who feel their pain. Their wasn't a time in our relationship with these vets that we ever felt rushed, pushed into exams, or kept in the dark. A remarkable, well tuned office. Our fellow and quot;crossed the rainbow bridgeand quot; on 04/01. The final weeks were tough but we kenw he was in fine hands.

Our vet who we love, Dr. Silas Ashmore, told us to give it a little time and that usually small dogs will heal. We waited three months, but we kept going back once a month for him to check on it because the dog lost muscle in his leg. The last time we went we were praying and he did great, so the doctor told us we didn't need to do surgery. Dr. Ashmore is just great in every way. He's very compassionate and is not the only one there. It's his practice and he has other vets helping him that are a little bit younger there. I've heard from my neighbors who have taken their pets that even the other vets are just phenomenal. I referred one of my friends who just got a new dog there and she loves them, so everybody is very happy with the entire crew of doctors. I think their prices are also very competitive.

They did not tell me what the cost was going to be. They charged me $120 which was a waste. I would continue to use them in the future but I would question their prices before I allow them to do stuff. I would recommend them to others.

I've been going to them for the past two years. They show a great level of care. There is one Dr. Ashmore and he's very knowledgeable. The bill probably would have been over $3000, but he reduced thousand dollars off the bill for me. I would use them again in the future.
