AIR MASTER HEATING & COOLING

Abysmally.... They first installed the system last year in May, and a month later I had no air conditioning... It happened on a Saturday with temps in the 90's..so I called their office but no one was there so I had to call my electrician to see if he could do anything and he came by and trouble shot the problem...seems that a contactor went bad, and he was able to get it unstuck but told me to have them replace the contractor as it was faulty...I then wanted a reimbursement for the $300 I spent and was told I was out of luck, that they would have fixed it while the warranty was still fresh...but NO ONE was there until Monday or Tuesday so what was I to do?

Fast forward to about a week ago and once again in the middle of a heat wave I'm stuck with no A/C...so I called but to no avail.
I then called my electrician who came by and found the same contactor had literally burnt to a crisp in the condenser outside and was tripping the breaker off...he told me the only way this kind of arcing can occur is if the wires are not terminated properly.
There wasn't much he could do at that point without voiding the warranty so I decided to wait for the "professionals" to honor me with their presences... 2 days later a guy shows up and says the contactor was faulty again. 

He he charged me $300 to replace it...the parts were warranted but labor supposedly was not.... 2 hours to relate a part that THEY hadn't installed correctly in the first place... I am livid.

The thieves told me if I didn't pay he would remove the part and leave me with no air conditioning.

A guy came to my house to estimate central air unit installation didnt even leave a business card or any contact information. Very unprofessional. I even called twice to receive an update on my request and never got a call back.
