DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I have had an ongoing problem with them coming to try and fix my fridge. The first time they charged me $250 just to re-adjust the freezer rack - it didn't fix the problem. the second time they came and then ordered parts to try and fix it. When a different guy came with the parts he said that wasn't the problem and he ordered other parts - kicking the problem down the road another few weeks while I didn't have a fridge. Finally, the parts arrived and he came to fix it - another $250 bill - and it once again broke immediately after. I then went to go buy a new fridge. When they called requesting the money I explained the situation and that I wasn't going to pay something they didn't fix (I mean, if you couldn't fix it you should have been professional enough to tell me that and not keep dragging me through this without a working fridge for a month). Instead of hearing my argument and working with me, she just said 'alright ma'am well then this is going to collections and you can expect a letter in the mail." And then HUNG UP on me. The repairmen were young, not communicative and seemed out of it (high?). Completely unprofessional organization that does not know how to fix anything. DO NOT USE THEM.

Horrible! Poor customer service. Rude supervisor.
