"I am responding to this review that you left. I can’t believe that you would leave a review like you did but now I will give the real version you have contacted one of my workers to do a job for you without telling me the owner of the company. I was not aware of any of this one day I get a phone call from you stating that you want me to come by and give you a price on a sidewalk and retaining wall finding out that the reason you’re calling me is because my worker which was doing a side job that I knew nothing of couldn’t get the permits that you needed because he was not licensed and insured. I didn’t say anything I came out I measured I gave you a price and we poured the sidewalk you loved the job I have the pictures it was 175 feet long by 4 foot , a week later, you called me back and asked me for a price for the apron curb and driveway I gave you a price 60,000 I then asked you if you had a permit for the apron driveway and mark out to dig and you told me yes I didn’t check with the town regarding the permits for the apron and sidewalk and driveway but I did call out the 800 number for the mark out and they told me that there was a mark out already three days ago from another construction company and we could piggyback off that we came, and started to dig, and as we were pulling out the Belgian block curbing, there was a line through the curbing in the concrete footing that was severed as we were removing it, which shut the power down on the block the town came out the police came, and the cable company came to repair the line the building department came out to inspect finding out that you never called for a permit and never had the permit for the curb or the sidewalk and that I had to go to the town immediately to give my insurance and my license number so you didn’t get fined I ran down there, gave them all my credentials. They didn’t fine u but they’re finding me now 60,000 because of your mistake your $20,000 is in escrow until the matter is solved"
