SUPREME MOVING SYSTEMS

Researched movers on line and found Supreme. Hired them for a May 1 move between 1 and 2 p.m. Was given a price of $360 plus packing material for 3 men, 3 hours and 1 hour of travel. Cristina assured me that this would be the final price and that this was enough manpower. When moving day came, the movers did not show up. I called and was told they'd get back to me within 5 minutes. I called them a 1/2 hour later, then got the manager on the phone who was helpful. Another relocation specialist looked over my order and told me that I needed 4 men, not 3, adding another $110 to the bill, after the first person insisted that it was enough. I was told they'd come between 5 and 6 in the evening. They never showed nor called. We called them again and they said they got tied up and would come in the morning. They were true to their word this time, except the bill was about $100 over the estimate. We did get a discount and the moving job was fine.
