Shamrock Sewer and Drain Cleaning

When my drainage pipe leading to the septic system clogged and backed up to the basement, I immediately called Shamrock. It took a couple of calls to reach Jim, but once we connected, he immediately put me on the schedule and was there later that day. He tried to clear the clog from access points both outside and inside, but discovered that it was not a clogged pipe but a broken pipe. He was unable to solve my issue this visit, but he did discover the problem. In the past, he drilled successfully and has cleared the clog. He is sometimes difficult to get a hold of, but he always comes back and will come same day if you have a problem.

Left a message for Jim. He called back quickly, and was at my house within 30 minutes, On a sunday night none the less. He worked very clean and quickly. Jim was very knowledgeable and informative and explained to me what was going, and why this drain might possibly keep backing up(2nd time it backed up). He guaranteed his work the first time and didn't charge me for this second service call. I will definitely use him again for future work.
