They gave a poor estimate and the cost ended up being $900 more.

Moving
Promised to charge the credit card of the recipient and then demanded cash from the sender. Took twice as long as stated. Finally charged the recipient the full price, promising to reimburse the sender, took two months to do this and then sent little more than half the amount owed. Sender is still waiting for the rest.
