RAFFIANI'S AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SERVICE

It has been great and have had no problems with the system on 3 years now. Every year I call him in the winter and the fall for the maintenance and he is always prompt and quick. Never tries to sell me anything either like replacement heads. Great service, always prompt and reasonable. He is such a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent results.  Not only is my garden a show piece of color and creative arrangement of plantings, the work completed was of highest professionalism and was completed within their committed timeframe.  John Raffiani's knowledge and expertise in this  business exceeds others that I have used in the past.  I won't let anyone else touch my landscaping, lighting or irrigation system except him.  He is trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and great to work with.  He provides excellent advice, creative ideas and thoroughly understands every phase of irrigation systems, landscaping and lighting and horticulture..  Doing business with John Raiffiani is always a 10+ experience but it's also a great learning experience.  I am a more knowledgeable gardener over the years of our business experiences.   

I absolutely would not want to use them again. The service and know how was pretty good. I found the customer service rude. The price and know how was good. As far as their customer service, it is not good. It was over the phone. They were disrespectful, at least the person I talked too. I would not use them again in the future.

I had three company's quote the installation of a sprinkler system on my property and received a huge range of quotes.  John arrived on time for the price quote and went over in detail what I would require for my property.  Raffiani's quote was the lowest and much more in line with what I thought reasonable for the job. I am so pleased I chose them.   After I hired them for the job, they arrived at the prearranged date on time and completed the job in the time frame which I had been advised.  John and his team were entirely professional and very polite.  They spent time after the installation instructing me on how the system works and made recommendations on the proper watering times and frequency.  I would absolutely recommend this company to others.

It was great. They came out one day to do all the digging/pipe laying. the next day they installed everything else, tested the system and guided us through the programming options. At the end of the season they came and winterized. Their own plumber provided the connection to water supply. They took care of all permits. Nice people, Raffiani has been in the business a VERY long time and knows what he is doing.

Very quick and smooth.

They do the job. About average price for area.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ALWAYS COME WHEN SCHEDULED. THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS. THEY WERE THE ONES THAT INSTALLED MY SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
