I've used him before. He did the best he could, but had to refer me to another provider. He's prompt, not overpriced, very reliable, and honest.

Polite, courteous, clean. We called the night before, they were there in the morning. Straightforward job, our old kitchen sink with original 60 yr old plumbing was clogged. Experienced, local plumber checked all the drains in the house for any problems and snaked the kitchen drain. Charged $128, very reasonable considering another plumber quoted $175 for the first hour and couldn't guarantee an appointment. Very happy!

He was here within one hour of being called and fixed our problem.

We broke a water switch and water was dripping out. We called Mr. Santana and he literally was at our door in 15 minutes..fixed our problem in 5 and charged us hardly anything where we have had emergency plumbers before who charged $250 to walk in the door. What a guy!!!

Mr. Santana arrived on time for weekend appointment. Called 10 minutes before arriving so there was no surprise. Worked effectively. Experienced plumber. Expert. Very polite. Cleaned up. No mess at all. Very satisfied. Price very fair especially for weekend appointment. Would recommend Mr. Santana and use him for other plumbling jobs.

My overall experience with them was fine and everything went well. They are very friendly. The son took over from his father. They charged me $85 with the par and the service. He does not over price you for the work he does. I did get other estimates, but his was the best price and did high quality work.

I've been using them for years. They are clean, efficient, and respectful. They always show up when they say they would. They are also honest, which is very hard to find. They are top-notch professionals for sure. They are a little expensive.

Met my expectations.

Their pricing is pretty reasonable. I you have an emergency they come right away the same day which is really good. If it's no emergency they will come a day later. They are nice people, we've dealt with them for years and I think a lot of people around here use them.

Santana and Son called us immediately. Because it was a July 4th weekend, he told us that he would not be able to come out to us until July 6th, which was fine by us. He initially quoted $xxx for the job. On July 6th, he came promptly and was able to clear the drain within a few minutes. And because the job was so easy, he charged us LESS than he initially quoted. Who does that nowadays? He's been in business a very long time it seems and he was very personable to talk to. We don't usually use plumbers that often, but if I needed one again, I'd call him!

Excellent from Start to Finish

Since I've used Santana and Son for other plumbing jobs (they also work on gas heat, bathroom alterations, hot water heaters, remove/install bath vanities, and other repair jobs) I knew they were competent but here they went beyond the call of duty. If you decide to use them, you'll be doing yourself a favor. They're the Mighty Mouse of plumbing problems: "Here they come to save the day!"

He is very polite and knows his business. He is very prompt and I have used them for about ten years. I am very satisfied with them and the work they have done for me.

I have used Santana before and they have always done good. They have done lots of little jobs for me including unclogging drains. I do not recall pricing, but I will say that it is in the ballpark figure. I am very happy with them.

I have used them for about 40 years and they always do great work for me and their rates are always reasonable.

Price was expensive but he spent nearly an hour at labor and it was very difficult work.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE REASONABLE IN THEIR PRICE AND I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
