There is no one in the industry better and more honest. Cesar and his associates took care of my house as if it was their own. Excellent excellent. Will definitely use again.

Cesar was able to come the very same day, which was very important since we had to move the next day. (He did get there a bit later than he said, but he was very responsive to our calls and ... look, traffic happens.) 1. He fixed the toilet connection in about seven seconds. 2. He couldn't fix the shower right away since it required a new part. However, he told us how to get the part, explained why it was more complicated than it looked, and suggested that we get the part first so he didn't have to come multiple times and charge us more. He also charged much less to do both things than other people would have asked. Most other plumbers asked for $140+ just to walk in the door and look.

I waited twenty four hours before I gave up and use another company's services. My apologies for such a late response to Plumexes Unprofessionalism.

Used quality material, noted that I didn't need to replace the section near the drain so the job was less than the estimate, all the work done efficiently and quickly. We were really happy.

OMG!!!!. There is nobody better than Cesar!!!!. I called him to investigate a leak and investigate a possible issue for my heating unit. He showed up quick and hadall my issues resolved in a matter of a few minutes. I have never been more pleased than when I met Cesar. Amazing guy very passionate about his work and what he does. I will only call him from now on and would recommend anyone needing a plumber to call him as well.

This company is top notch. Cesar, the owner has a degree in mechanical engineer, so no job is too complicated.
I asked multiple quotes from plummer and this company undercut the lowest bid by $200. Not much, but he also look much more professional, so I went with him. I am happy I did:
- His work was best in class. He used high quality materials, and did not cut any corners,
- The work got more complicated, so end up extending the amount of hours he put into it (by almost a day), but he did not charge my any more than what we originally agreed.
- Even the inspector was impress by the work when it was completed
It is rarely you find a provider that undercut everybody else price, and does one of the most professional jobs you ever see.

Our water heater stopped working on a Wednesday morning.  With two small kids, we were in a tough situation. I called a few people to get estimates on cost and availability.  When i called Cesar Carpio from Plumex and left a message, he called back right away. He was on a job about 45 minutes away.  He was able to come check out our water heater by early Wednesday Evening.  Though the unit is 10 years old, he tried to figure out if there was a way to fix the problem without replacement, and he spent a good amount of time trying.  Inevitably, there was no easy or quick fix.  He gave me choices for water heaters and costs and suggested I shop around if I wanted another opinion.   Knowing how much others in my area would charge for a new water heater and installation (and removal of the old one), his price was right on par. 
He said he could even replace it that night, but since it was getting late, I preferred if he came early the next morning.  He was in by 7am and had the new one installed and the old one out by 8:30.  
I can tell this much.  He is a hard working and honest man. Very direct, no games.  He picked up al the permit paperwork for the installation and filled it out right away. 
I would certainly recommend him with my highest confidence to anyone needing plumbing work. 

It went very well.  Cesar and his crew are very diligent and professional.  Cleaned everything up afterward.  It took longer than expected but it was because they did a thorough job.

Went well. Our lines have been fine since Cesar did his work. It can't be stated how important it is to be able to find a plumber that can respond very quickly to an emergency.

Cesar and his team were incredibly responsive, even on a freezing cold day when they must have had a thousand calls coming in for burst pipes.  They took care of all work as fast as possible, answered all my questions, and worked with my landlord over the phone to keep him happy and informed.  They are on speed dial for me and should be for you as well!  Very fair, honest, and hard-working.

Went great, very punctual and professional.  Due to HOA rules, we were unable to use them to fix the water heater supply line leak since it involved shutting water supply to entire floor, but we surely would have.

Cesar Carpio, the business owner, did the job. He was a really lovely guy and did great work quickly and for a reasonable price. He came out and gave an estimate within 2 days of my initial call and did the repair job about 3 business days later. In addition to the pluming, he did some light carpentry work, which saved me from having to hire someone separate for that part of the job. Highly recommend!

Once we got the messed cleaned up I called Plumex and Cesar came within hours, diagnosed the issue and did a quick fix. Then he returned to do the real fix. All along the way he explained exactly what needed to be done and his final price came in as estimated. I won't use any other plumbers again. Cesar is old school, even if his company is relatively new. We've owned our home since 2007 and is still fills me with dread and anxiety when I have to find someone to fix something - ESPECIALLY plumbing and heating issues. Now I feel I've found a plumber I can rely upon.

Outstanding and I could not be more satisfied. Cesar A. Carpio was very professional and very knowledgeable on everything plumbing. He informed me and instructed me on how to do future maintenance to extend the life of my water heater. Cesar's assistant was also very professional and diligent as well. Cesar was very efficient in working with my time and schedule. I made the call in the morning and Plumex had completed the job by early afternoon. I will definitely use Plumex in the future for any plumbing concerns I can't tackle myself.

Cesar and his team are Excellent!!!  They're very knowledgable and super nice too.  
We bought a new gas dryer, but it wasn't able to be installed since the gas pipe was incorrect.  The delivery service personnel said that we needed to contact a plumber to correct the issue.  Cesar came to see what needed to be done and saw that the gas pipe needed to be extended since it was incorrect how it was initially setup.  He custom cut and installed the gas pipe to correctly extend it and corrected the setup.  
Also, our dryer wasn't getting hot to dry the clothes.  He saw that the existing plastic PVC pipe that was used as the dryer vent had a huge long crack in it.  He replaced it and put in the correct aluminum vent.  He corrected the mistakes of everything that was previously incorrect.
Cesar definitely knows what he's doing.  I highly recommend him and his team.  We'll definitely be going to him for all future plumbing.

The service is good. He came out quickly and finished repair within a day while the other one i got a quote from took long to respond. He was very responsive. He is honest, straight forward, he doesn't try to charge you an extra fee, he doesn't try to charge you things you don't need. He charges reasonably.
