Picasso Construction is very professional,experienced and reliable team. Sergio (owner) is always consulting with you before doing the following step in the project. He was very helpful buying and picking up the materials from the store and also offering us his contractor discount (10%-20%) which saves you a lot of money in the end! My project was done on time and I'm extremely happy with the results! I recommended this team to my friends and family, and they did use them on few projects. I will definitely hire them in the future for my basement renovation project!

From demolition to clean up team made sure we were informed and consulted us throughout whole process. They took stress away from us every step of remodeling.
