very well, Larry Roda from North American was very informative during the bid process and visited the job frequently. The vinyl siding crew was very good and kept things generally neat and clean throughout the process. The roofers ripped off the old roof (2) layers and installed the new roof in a day 1/2.There were literally very few issues and none major.Also a few new windows were installed.

Great! My antique (1870) house looks brand new! I am extremely pleased with the end result. And the process went well, too. Whenever I had a question or concern, it was dealt with promptly. The crew was hard-working and reliable. I would definitely recommend North American Pfister (and am already thinking about a future project.)

The service did not go well. They took a hammer and decided to adjust the molding on my house. They did offer to come back and fix it but I'm of the opinion that they did it once to me, I'm not letting it back in my house. He gave me either $75 or $100 off the price and I ended up having repaired the house. I wouldn't bring them back to the house. The price was very expensive compared to everyone else.

I received 169.00 discount from Costco plus an additional discount which lowered my price to 1300.00. I had them repair my leeders and gutters, I also have gutter guards which are fabulous. They also came back to adjust the leeders for my plumbers. My overall experience was excellent. They we're on time, and professional. I don't have any complaints regarding this company. I just wish I could have negotiated the price. They are amazing. The discounts helped me alot.

They tore out all of the old decaying terraces and repaired and replaced the concrete. They painted the surfaces with rubberized paint. They were very accomodating and professional. It took a long time to have the repair completed due to the weather but they were great.

great. It was a speedy instilation. But I now get icecles on my drains. I have not contacted the company about this yet. When I do I will let you know the outcome.

I prefer not to disclose the amount that I spent on their services. They were very good. I was just satisfied with them. I will use them again in the future.

They did a great job. They were always on time. Their clean-up was great, and they worked around weather issues accordingly and promptly.

Crew arrived early AM with no indication they were there. The first clue I had that someone was around was the sound of a ladder being placed up against the house. (This was around 7AM.) I grant that they had to start early since the days were short at this time of year. The installation went fine. It was the shrub protection and cleanup that was not the greatest. Also, a tarp was placed over only a portion of my above-ground pool which allowed quite a few shingles from the old roof to escape and which I later had to fish out of the water on top of the pool cover. Since then I've recovered from my lawn several old aluminum clips which held on the old gutters. I've also picked up quite a few old roofing nails from the lawn, driveway and front walk.

I should point out that in relation to other estimates I got, this installation was one of the most costly. This however was due to the installation of the Leaf Guard gutters which were included (and I wanted).

My gutters always seemed to need cleaning and were frequently clogged and overflowing. In late September, I saw the display for the LeafGuard gutters at Costco and asked the salesman about them. He scheduled a visit to my home a few days later and wrote up an quote. The price was reasonable and was before a $100 Costco cash card to be mailed after the work was done.

I signed the proposal and scheduled the work for October 3rd. The morning of the installation, i received a call from the office telling me that the crew was finishing up another job and would call me before they arrived. They soon called and arrived mid-morning. They removed the old gutters and downspouts, fabricated and installed the new gutters and downspouts (including reconnecting my rain barrel) and removed all debris. The employees were very professional and installation went very quickly.

The gutters perform as advertised so far and I'm very satisfied with both the LeafGuard gutters and North American Pfister.

Their sales approach was low key. Their price was reasonable. They were punctual. They come and got it done in a week. They were responsive to all the issues. There was a couple of issues and they came and fixed it all. I have no negatives; it was all good. I would absolutely use them again.

The work went well. There were no problems at all.

They were courteous, they were efficient, and they got the job done pretty close to schedule despite the weather. The owner of the company showed up a couple days to make sure everything was going alright. There seemed to be a consensus among everyone that they wanted us to be happy. We had a couple of wishes afterwards and they came right back to fix them with no question.

Paul, the sales guy was excellent. Because the job was small they were able to start within a week and finished in one day. They did an excellent job. I will definitely use they to install a new roof and siding in the spring.
