 + -1 moreGlenn kept his good humor patience through revision after revision and never allowed us to feel that we were bothering him (even when we actually were). He listens to our ideas and finds ways of putting our wish list into the design, but is always ready with alternative suggestions if he thinks we're wrong. He checks and double checks to make sure there are no errors in the final plan.
Description of Work: Glenn Stubaus has worked with us on various plans over the years. Both he and Rich Molinari are unfailingly kind, patient and helpful and do everything they can to accommodate our needs and requests. Glenn, who is the architect we've actually worked with, is very detail oriented, and will not rest until he is sure that everything fits together properly, meets code requirements, and looks good. Prices are reasonable, and we always know that if we have an important deadline, it will be met. We have done both commercial and residential jobs and been totally happy with the results. Once, when we had a dispute with a local fire official over the code's requirements, Glenn carried the dispute up to the state level and got a ruling in our favor, at a considerable savings to us in terms of work and materials required. We would never even think of using another architect, after our experiences with Molinari Stubaus.
