While the quality of work was good, I found them to be unreliable when it came to the schedule. they were supposed to pick up my sofa for recovering at 4:00, and at 4:15 they call to tell me the fabric isn't in. They could have told me that in the moring when I called to confirm. Once the sofa was complete and scheduled for delivery, they called and said someone had called in sick and didn't have staff to deliver the sofa. when the sofa was finally delivered, the legs weren't painted....
