Very well. He came and replaced the switch. BTW - He replaced it a lot quicker than I would have done.

We were having construction work at our house and decided to include some electric upgrading. I called Krantz, told David what we needed; he came over promptly and provided us with an estimate. The price was reasonable and I signed the proposal; he came shortly thereafter; accomplished the work quickly in one day in a very professional manner. I gave his name and business cards to some of my friends in case they needed a good electrician. Note: The work was done in the beginning of the year and I should have mentioned it sooner in Angie’s List

He answered the phone when I called, didn't have  to go through voice mail phone tag.  Great start.

We needed the work done quickly and he came to solve the problem the same day.

I was extremely happy with every aspect of this job. David arrived on schedule, he and his assistant were quite neat, they spread drop cloths and swept up after the work was done. When the mount I bought for my flat screen TV did not fit properly he volunteered to find the correct one and purchase it for me. David researched the mount that evening, bought it early the next morning and was back to install it later that morning. I felt he really went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely call him when I need electrical work done again.

He needs to return when the snow has melted around the perimeter lights. But he made the electrical situation in our home safe until Mother Nature intervenes and melts the snow. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT ENCOUNTER!!! Dave is and quot;old schooland quot;——prompt, professional and experienced.

Mr Krantz did an excellent job. He handled all aspects of the experience very professionally. From the initial contact, his inspection of the damaged condition, communication and explanation about the damaged electrical service, returning to complete the work as promised, on time, on budget . I could not ask for better service. Please note,This is in the wake of the super storm Sandy. I highly recommend you consider using his services.

David Krantz is a consummate professional and gets right to work. He knows his trade. He replaced the fixture. Again, I did not have to wait more than 15 minutes for him to come over and replace the light fixture. He is now the family's electrician. I would not use anyone else.

The guy Krantz sent out was a real nice fellow. Plus, he did real good work. He took the time to do all of his wiring in piping. I liked to see that and it told me he cared about the quality of the work he was doing, which is never a bad thing. I just was impressed in general. I would highly recommend the services of this fine institution to others in my local area.

I would never call this company again. I felt like I was way over charged. He did something without asking and when I questioned him about it, he got an attitude with me. Under no circumstances did I think he should have gotten an attitude with me. I had scheduled the appointment a couple of weeks before and I called that morning to double check because I had not heard anything from them. Two brothers run the company and the man that I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about, but he said that he could just come out and do the work, since his brother was already out working on another job.
