ENGLERT LEAFGUARD GUTTER SYS

I scheduled the appointment with Englert thru Costco. After the representative surveyed the job, he gave a presentation on why I should select Englert . He presented a quote on his tablet but refused to provided a written quote (which is against Costco policy). When i refused to sign a contract he refused to leave until I provided him with an explanation on why I wouldn't sign that day. I actually had to run him off my property. I contacted Costco to register a complaint. I waited for over three weeks for a response from Costco. I contacted them a second time and was informed that the NJ branch manager was supposed to have contacted me. The following day I received a call from Englert's National Sales Director to apologize. He told me that the NJ branch manager attempted to contact me without success. .That is not true! If he called my home number and there was no answer, he would have left a message (none received). BTW I have Comcast for V/M and not only do I receive messages on my home number but also receive an email with the voice message attached. Eventually, I did receive a written quote by mail on Leaf Guard/Costco letter head stationery. This is what the rep should have left during the sales call. Needless to say, my experience with Englert left me with an extremely negative opinion and will never do business with the company. And of course i would never recommend the company to anyone else.
