Heating and Air Conditioning Service
$3,500
He installed an air conditioning system 2 years ago, in my home. It never worked sufficiently in very warm weather( above 90 ) I repeatedly called him to rectify, he said he could make adjustments. On several calls he said he would come by, and never did. I eventually called the contractor I usually used previously. He informed me that the duct work he installed was not large enough for the unit he installed ( 3 ton), AND that a 3 ton unit was not sufficient to properly cool my house. It would take between a 4-5 ton unit. I am currently making changes, using the other contractor. Comfortable Air sold me a non-suitable unit, to come in at a lower price. He obviously knew it, by the fact he would not come back to try to rectify.
