She was extremely helpful. It was an estate sale. She went above and beyond what a broker needs to do by virtue of being able to be at the house to let contractors in. She also advised me on contractors in the area to use because I don't live in the area. She was an invaluable resource. She offered tremendous insight in pricing the house. I was reluctant to price it at that price but she got a very good price.
