From design to project completion, Arrow's team was excellent, keeping us informed, doing the work with great attention to detail and producing fine results on time. The first bathroom was a complete redesign and rebuild replacing a small tub with a built-in shower with frameless glass doors. The room was reconfigured with the linen closet door added to the hallway, saving space within the bathroom. This new bathroom is an extraordinarily modern and efficient design. The second bathroom was a major update preserving the features we wished to keep, but updating the floor, fixtures, cabinet, regrouting the shower tiles, etc. Central air conditioning including all duct work was also done during this project. Klod is excellent at designing solutions and coordinating his team to ensure that work is done efficiently without workers conflicting with each other. Arrow is a one stop solution for many different kinds of projects and I will definitely hire them in the future.

Needed a cartridge replaced in our older shower. Were told by another plumber that the cartridge could not be removed and our repair was going to require sheet rock removal, stud removal and a whole new plumbing system...which is why we reached out to Klod, as we needed a contractor who could handle both. Klod came quickly to assess the issue, and ended up putting us in touch with his plumber who easily took care of the cartridge removal the other plumber said 'couldn't happen', installed a new one and put the fittings back up...completely saving us from having to do the much larger $1500+ job! Klod was unlike other contractors who would have taken advantage of the situation...he truly worked to help us and we are grateful. Would certainly use him again...

We used Arrow to fully renovate our half bathroom. The tiles, vanity, toilet, and lighting fixtures were all replaced. In addition, the door and molding were painted. Many that have visited our house have been impressed with the tile work.

Arrow Home Improvement comes highly recommended, Klod the owner provided exceptional customer service. He arrived at the agreed upon time and assessed the work needed. After agreeing on the project scope, he took roughly a week to complete the job. His work product was excellent, really top notch. Going out of his way to ensure the end result was perfect. He even had to visit a plumbing store to get a connector as we had an existing faucet to install. Don’t hesitate to call Klod if you have any work needed.

Needed to fix the leaky bathroom. Did the partial demolition, removing the first row of tiles and saddle, existing glass frame. Found the leaky area and fixed it. In the bathroom, there were some cracks in the ceiling and the wall. They fixed it and painted. Now it looks good and we can use the shower room. They found the leaky area and fixed it. Now, It works well. Moving the existing glass frame was a bit of tricky work, however, they did a good job.

We had an awesome experience with Arrow Home Improvement. They were able to start the work only a day or so after we hired them. Throughout the process they communicated to us the work they were doing and sent pictures of the progress during the day. They were on call 24/7 for any thoughts or questions we had. The final product came out even better than we could have imagined. We met with countless contractors prior to hiring Arrow Home Improvement and it was the best and easiest decision we ever made. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is efficient and impeccable.

Klod the owner came out promptly for the measurements and we received the proposal within 2 days, everything looked great so we moved forward. Now that all is completed i have to admit, the end result exceeded our expectations, we love it. Next one is our basement..... Thank you to Arrow Home NJ for making what seemed to be a frustrating remodel at first to a smooth and beautiful work of art!

This was my second time hiring Arrow Home Improvement. We hired them in 2015 when I moved to this new location and they literally transformed the space into the beautiful yoga studio it is today. Now, we are providing trainings. So, I hired Klod to come and evaluate the viability of my basement. We decided on flooring and concealed shelving for storage. He was easily accessible and fit us into the schedule as soon as the flooring arrived. He completed the job in one day. It is so good to know I can rely upon his knowledge and diligence.

Klod completely remodeled two bathrooms in my home. He responded to me right away. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He had me on his schedule within a few days. The work was done very quickly (8 days). The price for both was extremely reasonable. He listened to what I needed and created two wonderful bathrooms that are not only beautiful, but functional to what I need. I am very pleased with the final result. We were extremely happy with the final result. Arrow worked quickly but meticulously to build beautiful railing and posts on our front porch. It completely upgraded the look of our house and our curb appeal. We were so happy with their work, we are having them redo our deck as well!
