THEY DIDN'T RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS AND DIDN'T SHOW UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. THIS WENT ON THIS WAY UNTIL I WAS ABLE TO GET THE TECHNICIAN'S CELL PHONE NUMBER AND THEN THINGS WERE TAKEN CARE OF. WE HAD A YEAR LONG CONTRACT WITH THEM.
