Came twice and still did not fix problem. Had to call someone else.

Needed a leak in the bathroom tub fixed

A few nights ago (on a very cold night) - we had an issue with our boiler/heat. We started looking for a plumber via angies list who is available (we have a baby so not having heat is very problematic). We heard back from from someone at the company within minutes. He told us he'd be here within the hour and was here sooner then that. He reviewed and fixed the issue - and we had heat. The price was very fair. It was also the little things, firstly he came out to us at a late hour into the night and since it was late he knocked instead of ringing the bell since he knew there was a baby in the house. He was able to figure out and resolve the issue quickly and well and we have heat. I am very very appreciative and we will use him again.

It was an ok service but I would have preferred is he had used silicone to seal it up. He didn't really complete the work he told me that the part that I needed I could buy and fix myself. And I had to pay him an additional $20.

The experience was terrible! The serviceman smelled of cigarettes and appeared to be a little tipsy! I told him that I did not want the service. he did not even look at anything. He said because I have a pedestal sink that it would cost $300 to unclog it and $89 for the flap in the toilet.

Never got done.

Great service. They were very responsive and attentive. Flat rate price include all material and labor. No hidden fees or hourly rate. They did exactlly what they said they are going to do for the right price. They cleaned after they finished and left the area very clean. Will use them again for sure if needed

We wanted to switch our 40-gallon water heater tank to a tankless system, we had Intact Plumbing come and look at our basement to evaluate this option. Our 3 handle shower faucet start leaking badly, and the handles were tough to turn. Sedrick arrive on time and did a neat job. When done everything was spotless. We are very happy and will recommend to others.
