Kurt was responsive, professional and provided great pricing. Kurt was great at discussing options and pricing and working with our needs. Additionally, he showed up to work when he said he would, which is rare for today's contractors! He really was great and I'd used him again.

Kurt met with us to finalize the design changes we wanted in the renovation. Once we had settled on what was feasible, Kurt and his crew arrived early every morning to work on the renovation. Any unexpected problems were discussed the same day with the owners and decisions made quickly so the job could keep moving forward. Kurt and crew encountered much more decay than initially observed. All repairs, installation, and clean up went well. Kurt was on the premises most of the time, his assistant, Paul, was present during the entire job. The price was fair, the work was well done, and the finished project looked even better than we anticipated due to Kurt's suggestion to upgrade the interior molding. Good communication.
