Advertised as fast friendly and reliable. This service was contracted out with AHS. Tech who diagnosed the problem wa professional and repsected my property / no marks were left from.when he too the machines apart. Nothing vur issues after that. The company only ordered partial parts, then sent someone that was on the job 4 days to do the repair. Bran asked me whar was going on with the machines and wa clueless as ro why he was here. The tech did'nt have a picute added ti his service call and had tools to do the repairs and chose to use a screw driver from his car and punture holes,dents and chip.paint off of my 2 yr old washer and dryer. He called his office and rhey told him he needed a special tool to do the repair. He left without being able to do the repair and left me axious with all the sighing he ws doing . I called to report.the issue and got a.teponse from.the owner that it was cosmetic damage. still today the washer skips cycles and the company will not address.

Tech was on time and courteous. Was quick repair and did it in one trip! Highly recommend!

It is been over a week, washer machine needs parts and I am still waiting for them. Express or turtle appliance service? They should have parts available, or better way to get parts within 1-2 not a week. Also customer service is NOT AVAILABLE on weekends! Not many PPL can take days off during the week.

Very professional and respective of house property. Explained in detail the problem and I felt comfortable with the outcome.

The part I needed was in Stock but I had to call to make an appt not them informing me part came in. I got better prices but I was committed to them unfortunately. I would not recommend

Spent time diagnosing problem and advising on options (i.e whether to repair or replace). Was able to reset the dishwasher error code and recommended using washer for a week before deciding to proceed with repairs.

They followed up at 9pm on Sunday night, I was shocked! Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, had they needed part with and fix it right then. The gentleman was very friendly and he fixed the problem very quickly. I will use them again!

I had no prior dealings with this company, however I am completely impressed with Rich who was the technician that had great follow through on my repair project. I trust him, I believed in him, and I never felt anything other than a true professional was working at my home. He can be sure that he will be the first person I call for any maintenance problem I have my own. I am one impressed and satisfied customer.

Rich Sr. came for a service call regarding my dryer not heating. Within 5 minutes a diagnosis of a bad igniter was given. Was quoted a price of $221.85 to replace. When I explained that for that money, I could just buy a used dryer off craiglist. His attitude changed and was not appreciated. Not very pleasant at all. I paid $58.85 for the service call and the attitude and he was on his way. I did some research and found that the replacement part cost $23.88 and could be repaired in less than 5 minutes. I would not recommend this company nor would I ever use them again.
