DTR construction did an excellent job on my deck replacement, which was a complete teardown and rebuild using composite decking and railings. Lukasz and Paul faced a few challenges during the project, including digging 8 footings in the 90-degree sun and working through the smoke from Canadian wildfires one afternoon, but they took their time and actually went a little beyond what I was expecting. One advantage of DTR is that they (currently) are a two-man operation, so I knew who I was going to be doing the work (not a generic crew), and could see what they had done in prior jobs. With any major project, I suppose the important question at the end is whether you would have gone with the same contractor, or tried someone else. I'd have stayed with DTR, and will consider them if I need more work done in the future.

This company was a pleasure to work with. They exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Very responsible,, responsive and meticulous with their work. I highly recommend them for any home remodeling project. You will have no regrets.

DTR construction were excellent from the get go. Very punctual and detailed arriving for the estimate. Have some great design ideas as we were replacing a wood deck and converting to composite. When it came time for materials delivery and the work everything went as planned despite the 100 degree days Paul and his brother got the work done with utmost quality and in the time discussed. I would not hesitate to use DTR again in the future and fully plan on it.

DTR Construction did a phenomenal job for us! This was our first time using them. They came highly recommended by friends, so we gave them a call to remodel our master bathroom. Everything turned out BEAUTIFULLY. Lucas came out right away for a free in-home estimate and was very friendly and accommodating. He made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable. Lucas and Paul were always prompt, polite and very professional. They were courteous and respectful of our home. They did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves. They kept on budget and finished on time. We have already decided we're going to use them again for another project later this year.

Lucas who owns DTR was professional and transparent from the beginning of our interactions. I did not receive the typical salesman pitch which I heard from some other companies, trying to upsell or overcharge me. Lucas was knowledgeable and honest and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Pricing was very fair for the work being done (installing a brand new composite deck). He invited me to meet him at the supplier so that I could see options in person and decide on the style of decking, railing and finishes I liked best. He did the work himself along with one other person- they were both very hardworking and diligent in the 80-90 degree weather working day in and out in direct sunlight to get the job done. The end result for my new deck was beautiful and the craftsmanship is impeccable. We ended up adding on a new back door with storm door as well halfway through the job and Lucas was able to accommodate this for a very fair price. We absolutely love our new deck. A relative of mine also had a deck installed by DTR and they love theirs as well. I plan to call DTR in a few years when we are ready for new siding and windows. Highly recommend!!!

Lucas was great to work with! He replaced my wooden deck with composite. Was very responsive through text and kept me up to date all along the project. Finished the project early even with the intense 90+ degree heat. The finished deck is gorgeous I'm very happy with the quality of his work! Would definitely recommend.

Their work is impeccable and they go the extra mile to make sure client is 100% satisfied. I was so impressed with DTR, I immediately rehired them to renovate 2 additional bathrooms. Have confidence in all the reviews here. I had a great experience as expected. Project was completed on time and on budget. Very happy with the finished bathroom and would not hesitate to use in the future for other projects. The only negative was failure of blocking off the bathroom during demolition which got dust all over the rest of the home which would have been nice to avoid.

Lukasz and Paul worked quickly, no fumbling. The craftsmanship was what we needed. The entire process from demo to final cleanup took 2 days as promised. Any questions we had were answered; the half bath is updated and ready for Thanksgiving.Thank you DTR.

He was always in contact and answered all my questions quickly. They even were willing to pick up the heavy tile from the store for us. Stayed within both our time and budget. Lucas and Paul are professional, on time, prompt, and good craftsmanship . Lucas was on top of everything, made the experience of working with them comfortable and easy. Even though their price is not the cheapest from all the quotes we got, but worth it.
