The installation of the generator was great. The people that installed it were very professional and courteous. However, the billing process was unclear as to when we needed to submit the capital improvement tax exempt form and wound up paying the tax.

Description of Work: Work was done well. Techs were thorough, polite, professional. I think the owner/foreman is an honest businessman. He communicated well face-to-face and on phone (when I caught him in the office), but a little less than half the time, he did not return my calls. Most of that had to do with repeated requests for a service call after my generator was installed (because it sounded very odd on start-up). I was told the owner/foreman was the only person who could schedule my request. Weeks passed. Finally, when I called again, the office help informed me that the only tech certified to work on my brand of generator (under warranty) had quit, so this company could not service my (brand new) unit. Their office manager was helpful in recommending reliable alternate companies who could take over.
