Andy and company are great roofing professionals. They are very timely and the work they provide is top-notch. Andy has helped me out a couple times and always delivers.

A'Jeck's was very friendly and personable. They got right back to me and came to give me an estimate right away. I did not have to wait for them to do the job. They kept in touch with me and once I was ready to have the roof repaired, they came out in less than a week. They seemed knowledgeable and I trust that I will no longer have to worry about a leaky roof

While the work, time to complete, and price were acceptable, there was some miscommunication regarding what work was to be performed. My original request over the phone was for a new flat and pitched roof. Regarding the flat roof, the quote I received specifically says "install all new GAF Torch Down." Instead, I found only patching and coating was being performed. Andrew informed me I did not interpret the quote correctly, but assured a 10 year warranty on the patches and coating. Also, a Verizon line was dislocated from the dwelling during the job. There was no response after I reached out to Andrew to reattach. On my own time I have to fix this. 5 star for work quality (price, time, craftsmanship), 3 star for customer service (miscommunication on new/patched flat roof, no response to fix Verizon line), 4.5 star for value (I thought the price was for a whole new flat roof, not a patch and coat).

Quick response to my original inquiry. Someone came out that afternoon to give an estimate for the job and the work was done 2 days later. They did a good job, cleaned up completely, and were done in less than an hour.

Answered my call same day. Came out evaluated and made a few very minor repairs the next day. We were satisfied and felt the contractor was very honest. Would definitely call again.

I received initial phone call from Andrew immediately. Estimate was given and the repairs, which included removing and installing ridgevent and caps plus removal and installation of pipe flanges were done the next day. The contractor was courteous and professional.

Called me and made apt. Came, gave estimate and did repair, very professional and easy to talk to. Every thing was done within a couple days. I am very satisfied and would hire him again.

The quality of work seems to be good but unknown at this time. Must see if roof has further leaks after another rain. Originally, they were to come out on Thursday but never showed up and never called. Called back on Friday and came that day and fixed the problem immediately. No waiting. Price was fair. I would give them another shot if needed.

Andrew orginally called and said he would come out for an estimate. He then sent Charles. Charles did not want to go on the roof or in the attic to scope the job. With leading questions he matched the quote from Ameritech as far as the job specifics and claimed he could do it for $475 less. He got the job and did it himself. The roof leaked at the next rain and worse than before. He came back with Andrew and they rescoped the job from inside and out. They worked together to solve the real problem and it appears to have worked this time. No heavy rains yet with high winds to test it but at least not leak in light rain and snow.

Ajeck's was prompt and kept all appointments, completed the work and did an outstanding job. Very professional and easy to work with! Highly recommend.
