Got to talk to owner on the phone and came out within an hour of my call. Explained in detail the possible problems and how to treat the area. No hidden agenda or needed extended contract, treated the problem and offered his services for any future problems. If needed I'll be back with him.

Joel was AMAZING ! He responded quickly and was extremely professional. Our house is right by a river so mosquitos are a nightmare outdoors and indoors, as well as other pests. As soon as he was done there weren't any! We are so happy with his work, customer service and how affordable it was that we have decided to only use Tactical pest control. I highly recommend them.

If I could give more then 5 ⭐️ I would! Joel was so nice, so professional! He talked me through everything he was going to do. Gave me a free estimate when checking each room of my 3 story home! He was very thorough and did not rush to complete the job! And the price was wayyyyy cheaper then other companies I had called! My dog even loved him lol.
