Dave seemed like a decent guy but must have been over whelmed by the room addition project. One worker with an attitude and one that was nice but no experience. Nothing ever got done unless Dave did it himself. The problem was Dave took on multiple other jobs while trying to do my project so months went by without much progress. The project was supposed to be completed by summer 2021 but that did not happen. One of the three exterior walls did not meet up with the existing wall of the house, it was at least four inches off from top to bottom and looks terrible. He finally stopped showing up after I criticized the sheetrocking job. The spackling and taping job was terrible, then they would paint over it and spackle again. The roof leaked during the summer after a heavy rain. A roofer had to remove all the siding along the roofline of the house because the flashing was not installed properly. Sheetrocking had to be repaired, the floor was never glued down just screwed down. BEWARE!
