They are the evil empire. Their service is very good but their prices are horrible. They always try to get fees out of us that didn't exist before. We've used them for over 10 years. We try to avoid talking to them because it is like talking to a brick wall. They are usually reliable in the quality with both the cell and home phone. We get good service and rarely get a dropped call. The service is good but the pricing is crap.
