ShowerMan- Frameless Shower Door Store

We did a master bathroom remodel and I only used Showerman because they were recommended by our contractor. After dealing with multiple suppliers and different contractors no one came close to the negative experience we got from Showerman. Mark (the owner) came out to do the measurements and give us our estimate, very nice at first but once they get your money it’s all downhill. Our doors took 4 weeks to come in, I moved my schedule around to be home and when they were setting up in our bathroom they realized they came in wrong. We certainly were not happy after waiting four weeks and Mark telling us that they “check” the doors before coming to your house in install. Mark bragged about how he does 150 bathrooms a month and I was the ONE order that happened to be wrong. The install team came into our house after smoking cigarettes in our driveway. This was brought to Mark’s attention and his response was “I don’t know what to do.” My wife has asthma and she could smell the smoke throughout the house. I cannot recommend Showerman to any of our family or friends due to their lack of customer service and no effort to make their customers happy. I hope this review helps and nobody else has the same negative experience/frustration. UPDATE after reading owner's response; I am confused how speaking the truth about my personal experience is "disparaging" just because it doesn't fit the owner's narrative. Not sure what the COVID-19 pandemic has to do with the owner lying to us about properly measuring glass/door before they arrive to install. Or how the pandemic has anything to do with his employees smoking cigarettes and discarding the cigarette butts on our driveway multiple times. Guess I shouldn't be too surprised about the owner's lack of integrity.

We could not be happier with the job . . Mark the owner came to our house and gave us an estimate within a few days of our visiting the showroom . The job was scheduled quickly and completed less than one week from receiving the written estimate . The workers who performed the job were professional and courteous . Would HIGHLY recommend this company for your shower doors .

If you want to update/replace your shower doors call SHOWERMAN!!!! Without a doubt this was the most pleasant experience I have had with a business, from beginning to end. The office staff, the gentleman who came and gave me my estimate and the 2 gentlemen that removed my old doors and installed the new. Very professional business and staff. The entire process was perfect. I requested a quote. Took a little time to decide. Called to revise and they had my quote saved. Scheduled a convenient time for an onsite estimate and proper measurement. Again, perfect. Showed up on time, absolutely professional. Did not push additional products but rather answered every question I had with a level of subject matter expertise that was impressive. The installers were on time as well and did a great job. Loved the attention to detail they paid to the shower doors but also to my home. Immaculate. I would hire them again and highly recommend.

The estimate guy CJ was so nice and very informative. The installers were punctual, pleasant & personable. Two truly nice guys. One was Henry & the other Matt They were very careful not to damage my wood floors. They covered everything. They did a great job installing. My doors look beautiful. I'm very satisfied. Excellent. Our installers, Manny and Matt, did a great job. They were extremely neat and very professional. If need be, I would definitely have them do any other work in my home.

Starting in the showroom the staff was great. I ask ALOT of questions and Isabella was HUGELY patient and extremely helpful. Same on my second trip in when I had Tara helping me. GREAT GREAT STAFF! Knowledgeable, helpful with suggestions and friendly!! After installation I really was floored. Clean, neat and perfect! They guys left my bathroom cleaner than the way they found it. The product is second to none. It makes my bathroom look really clean and updated. After thinking I was finished with Showeman I am having them back to do a custom mirror in another part of the house. Great great work and superior service!!

Couldn’t be happier with ShowerMan from start to finish. The initial visit started as scheduled. He was friendly, courteous and explained all our options, went over everything clearly and in an easy to understand version. We decided what we wanted and then he measured, quoted the price and we accepted. When the installers arrived, they were also friendly and courteous. They took great care in protecting our floors and walls while installing the glass. They did a fantastic job. We spent a little extra money on getting the clearer glass and boy was it worth it. If it wasn’t for the reflection in the glass you wouldn’t even know there was a glass wall and door there. Amazing product, amazing work!! Will recommend this company to all family and friends. Great service, start to finish. From the initial contact (via email and phone), to the visit for the estimate and measurements, to the final install. On-time and well done. Went with the higher quality finish glass and the treatment and it was well worth it.

When the owner came for the initial measurements, I was impressed with his ability to "think outside the box" to solve an issue left by prior electricians on our bathroom redesign, that made mirror placement difficult. I was also impressed with how he knew exactly what was needed to make us happy with our shower glass. When the installers came, they did everything to perfection. I usually don't put out recommendations for contractors/installers since typically miles can vary, but these guys did such a great job, that I broke that rule, and recommended them highly to two others. One of them used ShowerMan for their house already, and have also been very happy with them. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Showerman was great to work with from start to finish. The showroom is beautiful and provides a lot of ideas for custom shower designs. Tara and Jenn in the office were so helpful through the decision making and scheduling process. The owner Mark and his son Justin are honest and professional and truly have the customer’s best interest at heart. And Cliff and Luis did an incredible job with the installation. The result is stunning. Any standard glass door would not have done this bathroom remodel justice. Showerman has a high quality product with excellent customer service. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to purchase our frameless shower doors from Showerman!

After venting my frustration on Angie’s list regarding my shower door issue, Showerman promptly contacted me and the owner Mark personally came to my home to resolve the issue. Mark understood my concerns and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Mark also extended my warranty for additional 5 years to give me peace of mind. That was a truly professional behavior and exemplary customer service. It took us a while to get to this stage but I am glad that it is finally resolved to my satisfaction – Thank you Mark for listening and resolving my issue!

Showerman was very professional from the moment we walked into the showroom. Their team responsive, prompt, and very helpful with respect to ideas. When compared to other installers in the area, they provided better service with higher grade materials at a lower cost. We will use them again when we do the guest bathroom.

Mark the owner was awesome. He came to finalize specs, materials and cost. Was a pleasure and provided ideas that would work to our benefit. He did not try to oversell anything. He was here about 40 minutes and I felt I knew him forever. Today my doors were installed - estimated timing was dead on. Installation was today and the gentlemen completed under estimated time.
