ALERT TO ALL COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS. DO NOT USE REINO CONSTRUCTION AT ALL AS THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I HAVE HAD A DAMAGED FOOTING AROUND MY BELGIUM BLOCK DOWN MY DRIVEWAY AND I AM WILLING TO PAY THEM TO REPAIR BUT THEY WILL NOT EVEN REPAIR FOR MONEY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MARISSA THEIR OFFICE MANAGER IS VERY NICE BUT THE OWNER CARMINE JR. WILL NOT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING. I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT USING REINO FOR ANY WORK.

They did a super job--explained everything to us step-by-step along the way. Had proper equipment and trained employees. One of the Reino family was at every step of the process to oversee. There was a little question about the final payment--someone was supposed to come pick it up, but they never showed up, so I mailed it in. I made sure someone was home when they were working and I had to caution them about splashing the asphalt on the house or garage doors when they poured it--all OK though.
Description of Work: Our driveway needed to be re-graded because of tree roots pushing up on the pavement. The debris had to be hauled away and a new stone sub-layer laid down and leveled and asphalt laid on top. Then we decided to add Belgian block curb along with the new asphalt driveway. We solicited quotes/estimates from 4 companies. Reino gave us the better price by far, They had put sidewalks in for us a few years prior and we knew that even though they had the most attractive price, they didn't skimp or do a poor job, so we hired them for the driveway.
