They're fine. Although I bought a TV from them, it was a bit cheaper elsewhere. Otherwise I give them mostly As.

My washing machine was under warranty. I would say that they were poor. It was just a warranty issue.

I'm pretty pleased with these guys. I showed up about a half hour before closing on a Friday night desperate for a custom sized refrigerator to fit in my weekend home. They actually had one, the price was good and checked me out quickly. A little bit of the hard sell on why I should purchase a warrantee even though I explained the unit would be hundreds of miles upstate and for 400 it wasn't worth it. That was annoying. BUT they hit a home run. The unit needed to be picked up at their warehouse which was about to close. The salesman called the warehouse ahead of time and had someone wait for me to arrive. On a Friday night, thats not the service I'd expect from a huge retailer. Theyve earned my business going forward

Everything about them is very good. They are a company that backs their reputation. That goes for anything. If you have a problem with anything and you return it they make good for it. Overall I never had a problem with them. I will go to them in the future and I have been doing that all these years.

Called for a repair on our dryer. Was told it would cost $129 for the technician to come out. I agreed. He came out examined the dryer and told us what it would take to repair it, and then that he didn't recommend repairing it because it was ten years old and that in his experience ten years is about the limit for most appliances. He reduced the "minimum" bill to $79 because he didn't do any work. We shopped around and bought a replacement, coincidentally, from PC Richards. There was no connection or link between the repair man and the subsequent purchase, but I would recommend Richards. I have bought a number of appliances from them over the years and I have never had a bad experience.

The salesman was trying to get the business and the service contract. He didn?t have a lot of information on the machine per se. We now have a long service contract of 10 years with them. They have their own service people. We called their service after the dryer stopped heating. They were very good.

They did a great job of putting the appliances in. They were fast and very professional. I am happy with them.

Every promise they made they kept. They delivered when they said they would. They installed it very professionaly and took out the old washer and dryer. They didn't make a mess and it was done very well. They checked it out before they left and they answered any questions I had. They have been in business for about 50 years and I have always been happy with them.

I thought that the salesman was courteous and answered all of me questions. They were on time when they delivered the unit and set it up for me. That service cost extra. They were able to take the old unit away at no extra charge.

I had a terrible experience with them. It was supposed to be a new laptop and it ended up being used. I went to take it back and they said they wouldn't. I brought it back home and my husband looked at it and it had pictures of a different family on it. It was obviously used, so we took it back again and showed them the pictures and they finally took it back and gave us our money back.

It was amazing, I couldn't ask for anything better. The salesman at PC Richards knew exactly what he was talking about. He helped me get the information that I needed to get the right product. They gave me an extended time to pay.

I've repeatedly called PC Richards about the problem I'm having in getting my washer repaired. They have been very unprofessional and haven't been able to resolve the problem. They're basing the appointments on assumptions that parts will be received on a certain date, and this seems outrageous. I've asked PC Richards to cancel the other repair service and send one of their own repairmen out to do the job. They have no gotten back to me.

Their repair people are excellent. The repair was caused by an outside electrical failure. We had a problem with the dishwasher, they sent us replacement parts.

They looked up the records of my purchase after hours, which was very helpful. They arrived right on time and I was very happy. He didn't have to order the part; he had it right on the truck and he was done in 20 minutes with the whole job. Everything was completely covered under the warranty. It was one of the best services I ever had.

P.C. Richards is fine. I have no complaints with them at this point in time. They were helpful. To be honest, they are basically one of the only options I have in my local area for appliance sales. There really are no other local places like them that sell things like that. I would call myself completely satisfied.

Reliability is the thing I like best about PC Richards. They are easy to talk to. They let you ask questions and they are also very respectful. I always feel like they will help me and they are very polite and respectful. I will continue to give them my business.

I personally like this company because they are a family owned business. When I say that, I am in no way indicating that they are small; they are actually pretty large and have a great selection from stuff to choose from. I also like them because they back their products. They are always helpful over there. They give good discounts and sales and if anything is ever wrong with something you buy, they are really helpful and easy to work with.

PC Richards is a good company in this area. They are pretty popular and give everyone good service. For buying appliances, they offer some great deals and for repairs I think they charge a little less than some other places. Plus, if you tell them you bought appliances from them, I think they always knock off some charges to make it more affordable for you and to take care of you a little bit. They are very much on the ball though and know what they are talking about. They hire pretty good guys over there, so you do feel like you are dealing with professionals.

PC Richards is probably the only place I use for large appliance repairs or purchases in this area. They have a good name, they have a history of being around, they treat you right, they do not overcharge you, and they do the repairs right the first time so you do not have to keep calling them back. That is what I like about them.

For your every day run of the mill appliances, P.C. Richards is my place of choice to shop. Now, if you want an elaborate specialty item, they may not have it and you may have to go elsewhere. I'll tell you though that they're good over and I think very highly of them.

PC Richards is great when it comes to computers, televisions or cameras. Their staff is good. The specials are great and it is a convenient location for me. They are great to their customers too and we like that.

I have found PC Richards to be very good. I had a helpful young man help me decide on a refrigeration unit that would be good for me. I live by myself so I did not want to get a unit that was too fancy for me or too large. He was helpful in helping me find the unit that would be good for me to operate and use.

PC Richards lets me get a discount for being a senior. I think that is nice. I have found the sales teams to be quite helpful and they are always, well behaved. They are knowledgeable and they charge prices, that are fair. I like them very much and I would tell others to check them out, especially if they are a senior like me, so they can get a discount on major appliance purchases or large purchases.

PC Richards is popular in my area. I like their prices. I like their selection. I have no complaints with them. That is why I will continue to buy my appliances fro them. I would give them all high marks.
