Excellent experience. Called and left message, received callback within and hour. Said he'd come out for quote and dropped by in afternoon and texted quote to me. Accepted it on Saturday and he wanted to come Monday but was flexible to my schedule and went for Tuesday. On Monday afternoon he dropped by and was concerned about street traffic so rescheduled for early am Tuesday. 7 workers arrived and tree was downed in 45 minutes including a fantastic cleanup. The only downside is they don't remove the grindings of the stump. Pricing was in range of competitors ..

Joe was very proffesional,he gave us an estimate on 05/08 and completed the job on 05/09.He remained with the job until it was very satisfactory.

Jeff and his crew were very professional in their tree service. They were on time and did more than was required. Our neighbor also requested some tree trimming. I would recommend them to our friends.

I've used Joe's Professional Tree Service many times (usually for tree and shrub/weed removal) and have yet to be disappointed. He responds quickly to phone calls; is very flexible with scheduling; shows up on time (sometimes earlier - which I appreciate); does a great job; is always very professional, friendly and courteous. I've hired several other tree removal companies over the years, but for the last few years, I've consistently called Joe for an estimate and subsequent removal. His company is the best. He is very friendly, reliable, professional, and flexible - especially in regards to my budget and job requirements. Not to mention that he and his crew do an excellent job removing and cleaning up. I would definitely recommend this company to others and would also use again for any future jobs.

They were able to come the next day and remove the trees and grind the stumps. Very good service! Would definitely call them again.

Joe sets the bar VERY high for the quality and service that a company should provide. His price was very good, based on comparison to other providers (note: I don't look for the cheapest company because I want quality and professionalism; Joe's price was very good and even lower than the other company that we were considering). Joe and his team came early and did an awesome job. We not only wanted to clear our backyard (the backyard was a woods that had many trees on it) but also needed trimming, pruning, and branch removal from 3 very huge trees that were not being removed and were close to the house. When I asked if I could a few other small trees removed (ones that I had not marked or told Joe about), he said yes -- I wanted to pay him extra for it but he said that it would be included in the price. The quality was excellent -- and then Joe came up to me after he watched my wife drive the car out of the driveway... he noticed that a tree that wasn't on our list for pruning had its branches interfering with pulling the car into the driveway (we were just lazily living with it ... :) ) and asked if we would like those branches removed. I said sure and asked how much -- he just brushed it away, saying it would be included. The cleanup was excellent, too. I just can't say enough positive things about Joe and his company. I've had my share of bad, fair, mediocre and average work from various companies so ... when I come across someone like Joe, it makes for a review that is full of superlatives. (Note: I've had it on my to-do list to add reviews for 3 excellent companies in 3 different business domains that I've had the incredible good fortune to experience over the last 2-3 months; I decided to not put these helpful reviews off much longer and ... did all 3 tonight :) ).

Great service. Called Joe, he was already in my area, came by within an hour. He gave me a great price and tree's were removed and everything cleaned up within 2 hours of my first call to him. Will definitely recommend and use him again.

Oct 1st reach out to Joe over the phone - left a voicemail.

Returned my call in less than an hour- told him the project, I was at work and he is near by my property. Told him to feel free to stop and check the backyard. He called me at the end of the same day gave me a quote, $4000! Last few quotes I have received from previous contractors was at least $6800. Even that was still cheap because we've been shopping for months and the quotes ranges from $6800-$9900. I asked Joe give me your license and insurance. I verified it, it's good and hired him for the job. I got a permit from the township (Marlboro NJ)

Oct 7th, he started work first thing in the morning as promised, the job was done in two days. Mind you I was never onsite during any of the work hours. He managed to video call me at work via Oovoo to routinely update me visually on what is going on at the job site- unheard of!

The job was done as promised, all trees removed with the exception of four way on the back property line and on the right side property line that I wish to keep. All stumps grounded all debris remove including the crap that was already on the ground from decades of leaves, fallen branches, etc. No payment was required from me until the job is done and I am satisfied - per Joe.

I can't thank Joe enough- Good Job Joe!

Joe and his crew showed up on the appt. day and within 2 hours, my tree limbs were either taken off as discussed or trimmed. They were very neat and it didn't even look like they were here. Not a branch or twig on the ground from all the work they did. They cleaned everything up. I would highly receommend Joe's Tree Service to my friends and family and I will use him again when the need arises.
