Hired them 2 years ago to cut a couple of trees down with them knowing that they had to remove a large amount of trees that were also on the property. They bid the removal of the trees low to get the job. They came and cut 3 trees down and damaged 3 sections of fence in the process. Then they told me they bid the removal of the trees too low and would come back at another time to remove them. They never came back and never responded to and messages or texts about the damaged fence. Very nice guy but tells you his life story to make you feel comfortable hiring them and then screw you.

They had it cut up and cleaned up in 2 hours and even let me keep the wood chips. The owner is a very nice guy. I had them do work on another huge tree about 6 years ago and also did very stunning and Clean Service would definitely have them come back again.

Excellent workers. Much lower estimate than 2 other services. Work done perfectly, stump ground, and cleaned up.

Work done was great. They were zble to work around some other work we had going in. Great experience as some other contractors we tried to get quotes from seemed terrible.

few tree service companies to get estimates. General Tree was the least expensive. I had the tree mentioned above taken down and the stump ground as well as two other trees, stumps ground as well. My husband and I were concerned about an impending storm and the instability of the tree closest to the house so we needed it done right away. They got to us within the week. I did have to stay close to the house the day off but they came the time they estimated. Guys were extremely professional and fast and courteous. Will definitely use again.

General Tree Experts did the job they were hired to do at a great price. The stumps I had removed were on the medium size. One of them was a tree inside a tree inside a tree. I had to go back to the area's to rake out any large pieces that remained, so I had to knock them on that.
The only issue I ran in to was that I scheduled the work, and took the day off. I even called the morning of to inquire as to what time they may be arriving. When I spoke with the office, the lovely lady said she would get back to me. They never showed and she never called back.
Understandably, they had issues with their equipment from the day before's rain storm. I understand that, I only wish they would have communicated that with me.
Overall, they are a good company at a great price and I will be reaching out to them for future projects and just ask them to communicate with me more.

General Tree Experts has been doing work for me for approx. 3 years. I have never had a problem with their service. They always do a great job every time I have contracted them. I would highly recommend them. they have done big and small jobs for me and my family. The laborers do a clean thorough job, the ladies in the office are always pleasant to talk with and the gentleman that runs the business is professional and courteous.

They cut down 10 trees as required, but left 2 on my neighbor's property. Unfortunately I did not notice this error. About aweek before storm Sandy struck my neighbor, notified me of this problem. At that time I called General and left a message describing the problem. No response which I attributed to more important storm cleanup. I called again two weeks ago and the owner came and wanted $250 to cut up the 2 trees and move them onto my property.
I was willing to pay a nominal charge due to my not reporting the problem when the job was done, but since it was their error I refused to pay the $250 price.
