The guy was very nice and told me what he does. I told him that I was not really interested in that type of stuff because they put in toxic stuff and I have got wells in my area. Even though they have ways of minimizing it, it is still toxic and wasn't really in for that. I use a non-toxic solution myself for doing that stuff. He said he was going to come back but they never came back with a price on what I wanted. I thought the presentation was very nice, and if I had liked the solution that he had given, I probably would have used them but they didn't have a solution that fits my need. He was really professional. He told me that he would be here at a certain time, and he called and told me that he was coming, but he didn't really show at the time. I waited around for like an hour for him to show up. He had told me that he was coming on a particular day, and he came on that day, but he just didn't come exactly in the time frame that he said he was coming.

I've never been more impressed by an exterminator, seriously, Dave is the best! The best part is he's available by text, anytime, so if that mouse has suddenly made an appearance in your basement at midnight, or if a squirrel died in your garage, text Dave and he'll be on it immediately. He's so knowledgeable about insects, rodents, everything, he could teach a University level course on them. And trust me, if you have a pest problem, especially like ants, he takes care of the problem in one visit. Rodents might take a few more but he is thorough and meticulous when it comes to getting these critters. He not only sets the traps, but also seals holes and all other access points around your home, interior and exterior, so you get rid of the problem for good. He's super nice and friendly too, I don't view him as just my exterminator, I view him as that friend who comes to your rescue when see something creepy crawly and are too afraid to touch it, or leave your room . He's honest and doesn't sell you services you don't need. Prices are ridiculously reasonable. Dave is my exterminator for life.

I didn't hire this company for two reasons. The estimate for interior flea treatment seems ridiculously high at $400, and because I asked for an estimate for nontoxic options and at the end of the appointment was told the estimate is for pesticides. I didn't feel confident the company was being completely forthright. I need to trust service contractors I hire understand my request and will perform the best they can for the best price they reasonably can offer.

They were magnificent. They came out and gave me a free assessment. They asked if I would like their service, because I think I would have to pay an initial amount of almost $300, and then it's taken out quarterly for more than $80. They were there when they said they were going to be there. I had another issue come up and they came right out. They did what they were supposed to do, and they actually called me recently which was a follow up call to let me know if there was anything that I needed. They were professional, courteous and on time. They did everything that they said they were going to do. They were super reliable and very good. I would give them 5 stars. I will most definitely use them again in the future. They've done an outstanding job so far.

It was truly a pleasure to do business with David/Eco-Guard, which was immensely appreciated since the problem to be solved was truly a source of great frustration and sleep loss. He is effective, efficient, and extremely responsive. He is passionate about and takes great pride in his work; and his pricing is extremely fair. I have had few contractors that are as pleasant, knowledgeable, reliable and conscientious; and that are meticulous about wearing shoe covers and cleaning up after the job - without being asked. David is a great communicator who went 'above and beyond' to explain and resolve my problem with flying squirrels. I highly recommend David and his company, am very glad to know him, and would use him again without reservation for any issue for which his company provides services. An outstanding experience!
