They did a bad job elevating the trees. They left some branches that should have been removed and removed some that should have stayed. The trees did not look natural after the job was done. The stump grinding job was horrible! They did not go nearly deep enough. I specifically told them to grind 1 stump well below the surface so I could plant shrubs. There were still parts of that stump showing above the dirt when I got home to check out the job. I called at least 20 times and left messages that were never returned. When I finally got a call-back he made some flimsy excuse about being on vacation. I told him I needed him to come back to grind the stump below grade. He agreed, and after a week went by without him coming, I began calling again. I must have left at least 15 more messages without a return call. In the end, I had to hire someone else to finish the job this guy should have done. Oh, he did show up AFTER I paid someone else to do it (8 weeks after my first call).
