GREAT SERVICE CALL. I CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT WITHIN FOUR OR FIVE DAYS. I HAD TO HAVE MY CD DRIVE REPAIRED BECAUSE IT WASN'T WORKING CORRECTLY. THEY SENT OUT A SERVICE COMPUTER TECH THAT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HIS FIELD.

I WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE TECHNICIAN THEY SENT OUT. I ENDED UP GETTING MORE HELP FROM MY DSL SERVICE TECHNICIAN THAN COMPAQ'S. IT WAS AS THOUGH THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE THING.
