Carpet Gallery Steam Cleaning Services

The carpets looked like NEW when they were done. It was wonderful! They always put foam under furniture that could possibly rust onto the carpet to protect the carpet. I can't stop raving about FANTASTIC the kitchen grout came out. The grout looks like it did the day we moved in! On top of everything, they honored a 15% coupon that had expired months before. They arrived on time and called ahead of time to tell us they were on time. We will never use any other carpet and grout cleaning service than Carpet Gallery!

Justin was very courteous and professional.  He did a nice job on our old carpet, which had never been cleaned before.   Recommend highly!

Materials used by Carpet Gallery (Marlboro Plaza, 86 US Hwy 9, Englishtown NJ), NJ ruined my hardwood floors.
We had carpeting installed by Carpet Gallery (five rooms) shortly after moving into our new home in 1987 (over a several month period). Acknowledged, this was a long time ago but please read  on.

The carpeting was installed over the new hardwood floors, which were in near perfect condition. We recently decided to remove the carpeting to get a fresh look, and assumed that the hardwood floors would be in good shape.  To our dismay, the padding installed by Carpet Gallery, Marlboro Plaza, (supposedly their best padding) left THOUSANDS of tar-like gummy balls on the hardwood floors (see photos). When I say tar-like, I am not just talking about appearance!

It was the black material used in Carpet Gallery's padding that migrated from the padding, turned tar-like, and embedded itself onto the hardwood floors (leaving Swiss cheese like holes in the padding and the tarry substance on the floor - see photos). 
In spite of spending dozens of hours trying to remove this tar-like gunk with scrapers, putty knives, and various stain remover/cleaners,  the floors are permanently stained . My only recourse now is to have the floors completely sanded and refinished for $4500.

Yes- the carpeting was installed a long time ago, but I think most people would reasonably assume  that professionally installed carpeting should not ruin their hardwood floors, regardless of the time. Using Carpet Gallery in Marlboro Plaza was an expensive mistake for me.

Excellent. I had thought I needed a new carpet in the entrance/mud room. They advised me to let them clean it first then see how it came out.. I was amazed at the resuts. It looked like I had just installed new carpeting after they finished cleaning it!!

I called and received an apppointment for approximately 1 week later (there was no hurry on this service). The fellows arrived on time and stayed till the job was done which ended up being till 9:30 p.m.. Justin, the manager on the job, explained things in a very professional and courteous manner. We added a couple of extra chairs and asked about stretching the carpets, and they felt they could do everything for us all at once so as not to inconvenience us! Justin and his helper Leo arrived on time and stayed till the entire job was done which was 9:30 p.m.
The quality of the work was excellent as was the entire experience.
