ADVANCED APPLIANCE SVC

Called them for fixing my GE Refrigerator which was not cooling. The guy came in after talking over the phone. he said he will charge min. $50 to check. I said ok. He checked and said control of refrigerator has to be replaced. he gave $347.75 estimate ($245.00 for part, and $80 for labour). I asked for discount, which he did not give. I had to fix it as it was an emergency for me. he fixed it in less than 30 mins. did not wait for a minute also to see if the fridge is working properly. took the check and left. later after leaving we saw two of my kitchen tiles next to refrigerator were damaged. but on the receipt it clearly says we are not responsible for property damage. I called the company back, spoke to the supervisor to complain, they said they cannot help. i asked to give some discount atleast for courtesy and they said the same thing we cannot help. It was a bad experience with Advanced Appliance Service.Very unhappy as they damaged our property. would not recommend.
