"most of the billing issues were caused by the customer not paying on time, her account most of the time was overdue for more than 60 days which made difficult to remember by the customer the dates that the service took place. we always provide prices in writting before doing the work to avoid any misunderstandings, if we make any mistakes we will make every effort to make things right, but when the customers fall behind their payments or take a long time to make a complaint it becomes difficult for both the customer and the maintenance crew to remember specific details of the service they performed. In this case credits were issued to the customer even tough our records show that the service was performed."
