He is not a good communicator, did not check in or update us after each visit, did not follow directions on feeding, and appears to not have spent much time interacting or playing with our cats. He was not horrible, but we were not pleased with his services overall and will not use him again.

I emailed regarding dog walking and the response I got was less than professional. I understand that the company may not come to my area, however, the response they sent me was nothing short of rude.

She visited first to meet me. The cat,Maggie, hid and refused to come out from under the table. We discussed her food favorites. I showed the caregiver where her toys were, the location of the litter box and water. She took notes and asked me to leave a note with specific instructions about caring for Maggie and how to reach me. I asked her to come mornings and evenings to feed her. We talked for a while to get to know each other. I felt comfortable leaving my cat because the caregiver asked good questions and said she would stay for a while at each visit hoping Maggie would begin to feel mor comfortable with her. When I returned Maggie was fine and I could see the caregiver had used the toys to play with her. I was happy with the service. I did have trouble getting in touch with the agency because no one answered my calls but I later learned the owner was ill with pneumonia and was happy with the caregiver provided

The owner's name is Lucien and we like them. I found them through a friend and they come to our house twice a week. We also use them for babysitting when we go on a trip. When he is dog sitting he also will feed and play with the dog if we require it. I will use him this company again in the future.

Every time I came home the birds were in good shape and seemed to be in good spirits which I liked. I could call and ask them to do extra things with no problems. They charged $17 per visit and a little more on holidays. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They know how to handle the animals and are very reliable. They are bonded and insured. I get a discount on 3 or more days. The price listed is the daily price with the discounted rate.
