Very friendly and professional staff. They didn't exaggerate the problem or push to repair/sell. Kosta explained in detail about various solutions, pros and cons of each solution and what may happen later in the future. The price to replace a mirror is also very reasonable and is the lowest one among quotes. Definitely will recommend to my friends and neighbors.

I found this service because of Angie's list. I called several times and was told to call back when the secretary was there. I had my son bring in the car for an estimate and received a professional appearing reasonable estimate.I made an appointment to bring in the car. I left the car the night before because there was snow that day. I got a call back two days later saying that they were not going to be able to get to my car for two weeks or more because of the snow. By this time it was well plowed and my car had been there on the appointed day. The owner refused to speak to me. Only the secretary who was not particularly nice either. This was very unprofessional and I would never go back.

Fani and Alex were so personable and professional from start to finish. Work was done on-time and the results were superb - very skilled and knowledgeable. They also cleaned the car, and removed some splattered paint spots in an area where the work was not done. Absolutely A+ rating in customer service. I would most definitely recommend them for all your auto body needs!

Based on past reports, I went to Hi-Tech Auto Body to replace a broken driver's side mirror. The garage is very clean, and they gave me a quick estimate. Three days later they called to inform me the mirror had arrived, which was very fast. Unfortunately, I couldn't return the the shop until 1.5 weeks later, but they were courteous about scheduling a visit before Labor Day weekend. Though they were busy, they agreed to take my car during lunch on Friday before the holiday weekend, and replaced the window within 2 hours. Overall they're very nice, gave me a very reasonable price, and fast, courteous service! I would recommend them.

Went for an estimate based on the positive reviews on Angie's List; was immediately impressed by the shop - it was immaculate; the owners very professional and personable. Agreed on the price, dropped off the car a few days later and it was ready when promised. The car looks good as new. Was thoroughly cleaned and waiting for me when I arrived. The owners obviously take pride in their work.

I checked Angie's list for recommendations. This company had 3 positive ratings at the time. I am new to the area and had no idea where to take my car. I was very impressed with the service. All of my dealing were with the owner. He was very easy to work with and made the experience a very positive one for me. Excellent experience. They showed me what needed to be done, gave me an estimate, and did the work for that price. They also will give you a ride over to the car rental places nearby if need be. The work was done in a couple of days like they said. I would highly recommend them.

Great from start to finish. Owner was very personable and listened to what I wanted. Work performed beautifully. Looks like new. Price was competitive and the car was completed in time agreed upon.

Alex and his wife were very accommodating. I had my car back within 5 days. He called the rental car company to pick me up. The car was washed, vacuumed and ready to go when I picked it up. He did a wonderful job on the bumper. His shop is spotless and up to date. He worked with my insurance without a problem. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
