pThey picked up the carpets in the morning after flood .    One was heavily stained Tibetan wool natural dye rug
whose color had faded pale and old looking with  brown circles from a coffee table
looked like rust stains.  They washed and dyed the carpet . Amazing !! Looks
brand new with a beautiful color like when I purchased it 13 years ago.
Some old  urine stains from my pet  also almost completely gone.  Price also included a new rug pad, as the old one was completely ruined.  I needed them to hold carpets till the installation of my new floors were
completed, they did that without a problem , held carpet for me as a favor  at least 3
weeks after they were cleaned. Both rugs look great. I was wondering why I was spending so much and now I have carpets that look like new and they are quality rugs. I never thought stains like brown rust could come out and best of all no toxic chemicals. Rugs smell and look  fresh and clean.

They cleaned
wall-to-wall carpeting in 3 rooms: living room, dining room and family room. In
addition they cleaned my sectional sofa and an area rug.
When I made my appointment I explained that there were several high traffic areas that needed
cleaning. In addition I have two dogs so they were able to use a deodorizer to
clean the carpets and sofa. The technician came to do the quote and said they
would do their best to get the stained high traffic area clean. The far exceeded
my expectations, especially in the family room where the high traffic area was
the worst. They left the rooms smelling clean and fresh. The sofa looks like new
and the area rug has been revived. The colors in the area rug look fantastic.
Job well done and worth the price.

There were spots through out the carpet due to my dog that has had accidents through out his life with me. I asked them to come out and give me an estimate of how much they would charge me for these services. I have a high area of traffic were the rug was looking worn out and dirty. The professionalism was undeniable and they were very detailed oriented to do every corner and all the spots through out my rug in the living room and dining room area.

They also cleaned my couch due to the dog hair and other spills that have occurred through out the years of wear and tear. The couch smells clean and looks once again like a newly added furniture.

The aftermath of their work was almost as if I had gotten a new rug all together. The stains that once was visible are now gone and the carpet is it's seamless off white color again. They were so polite and helped me move my furniture in order to get all the areas through out these rooms plus the hall way.

In the past i have had other companies clean my rugs, but their service does not compare to the service received with this company. I would most definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and family.

There was an initial mix up with scheduling, but once that got cleared up the quality of the services they provided was excellent. Two gentleman came and they performed their jobs in a very professional manner. They worked quickly and efficiently, and they did not leave any mess for us to clean up. They offered helpful hints about taking care of our chairs, and said if our dog gets sick on them again, just call and they will come as soon as they can. Overall, very satisfied with their work and would use them again. We'll also recommend them to our friends and family.
