We are re-locating from New York to South Carolina. We have a VERY expensive, VERY delicate Waterford crystal chandelier. We called Eric to deal with the entire job. They came when they said they would, disassembled the chandelier and were out of the house within 60 minutes. From start to finish they obviously knew exactly what they were doing, there was no wasted motion, and no unnecessary conversation. They knew what to do, and they did it.The wonderful thing is that, not only did they take the fixture down, but they will transport it to South Carolina and hang it in our new home. It was effortless and worry free.I unhesitatingly recommend them.
