Ford of Englewood

I went to Ford of Englewood despite the distance from my home on the recommendation of a friend. I had an appointment with Sal, the sales manager there. The salesperson who greeted me was quick to get him for me. Sal knew what I was looking for, and showed me the pickup I was interested in as well as a few others, both new and used, to make sure I got a vehicle I was happy with. They gave me a fair trade in for my old pickup, considering it was 12 years old and leaking oil. After test driving 4 pickups, I decided on the new Ranger. Sal got me a good price and I left very happy. It was the first time I left a car dealership and did not regret something a week later. I plan to go there again when I am ready for another new Ford even though there are Ford dealers much closer to me.

Ford of Englewood had an old truck listed on Auto Trader that looked as though it would suit my needs. The sales staff were very responsive in phone calls, and when I went to view the vehicle, they let me take it for a drive alone, and take it to a mechanic for pre-purchase inspection. The salesman was low-pressure and down-to-earth. I still can't speak for the overall quality of the vehicle, as it is older and I have only driven it home. But my on-site experience was very positive.
