 + 0 moreIt was okay compared to another place I went to for a car wash. I wasn't displeased but I thought it was okay. What did turn out was that they're going to tint the windows of my car and I scheduled for an appointment and I called the secretary to check with the person whom they contracted to do the work and she never called me back. A week later, I called again and spoke with the same secretary, made an appointment, dispatched and called me back and scheduled it on Monday, a week ago. I came in maybe two or five minutes late and the guy wasn't even there at all, he never showed up and notify me and let me know he wasn't going to show. They didn't even offer to get me like a contractor for a car wash or interior or whatever. I schedule this time and I came out there but it was disappointing and discouraging. The service wasn't bad but I think the time management, costumer management needed work.
