Do yourself a favor and avoid these people. The receptionists are called designers and they can't communicate, design, or measure. The tile installed looked like my five year old did it and they reluctantly agreed to rip it out and start again. They didn't have drop cloths or cleaning supplies and ruined my floor with the dust from the removal of the tile. Everything they ordered was the wrong size. They then expected me to still pay and wouldn't warranty the cabinets that they proposed cutting. They never cleaned up after themselves, never came when scheduled, did things like tried to wipe paint off of an antique mahogany end table by using a sponge. Wish there had been a posting to warn about these people. Worst experience you can imagine.
