Second Project: In March, the Issa Dabliz (Owner) verbal quote of $2,000 to do the job. Requied two men, Issa and helper. To be completed in one day. The existing tile floor was to be ripped up, a special batter board installed, and then the new tile would be set in place . In October only Issa showed up, the existing tile floor was not removed, but a special paste was placed over it, and the new tile was set in place. Two days to complete. No helper to be paid. Simpler construction. Charged $500.00 extra.. Total $2,500
