Rosemary Barton provided overall excellent service. Responsive, proactive. Clear explanation of process. Very upfront and clear about costs and rates. Worked very well electronically. Delivered better than promised. Worked though glitches creatively.She has a great set of support people as well, who got everything done very quickly and stayed on top all the details. I would highly recommend her and she would be the first place I would go when the time comes for another mortgage.

Totally unprofessional. Roger started the process with the best rate (sadly too good to be true) then 2 days before the closing, the offer I received in the mail was completely different. The rate became much higher, the down payment doubled and my 30-year fixed switched to an ARM. Then came the back-pedaling. He said we talked about the details changing (not true), he had a problem with documenting my income (not true), this was the best deal I would be able to find (also not true). Classic bait and switch. Not trustworthy at all. Almost cost me my new house.
