Awful, nightmare !! said they would be available Monday and no-show if I had known I would of called another company to do the work that weekend instead of waiting for this company until Monday who would ever think a company would ever do that ? not a thriving company thats for sure !!!!
Description of Work: an emergency HVAC leaking water from attic to ceilings on main floors a disaster called on a weekend was told to wait until Monday they could come by and Monday after again calling and having the representative saying that they will call me back they never did call. I have never experience any company to be so insensitive not responsive non professional customer service unbelievable how they are still in business ?
